At home in Thailand

I got this domain a few days before I moved to Thailand in 2011. Now it’s been more than four years since then, four years in Thailand, four years of calling it home. It’s only now though that I felt really compelled to write this blog which will encompass all aspects of my life here, beyond food in which A Scientist in the Kitchen is all about. The cooking will still be there though, but with a fresh approach to a healthier lifestyle.

It’s a fun and challenging years with me and my dog Pasta, a black labrador retriever I brought with me from General Santos. Thank God, I brought her with! Life would have been very quiet without her. Join me (and Pasta) on our adventures in Thailand.
